What we collect
When you request service we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you need and anything you tell us about the job. If you call, we keep a basic record of the visit for warranty purposes.
How we use it
Only to run the business: confirming appointments, sending quotes and invoices, performing the work, honoring warranties and — if you ask — reminding you about seasonal tune-ups. We never sell your information or share it with marketers.
How long we keep it
Service records are kept for the life of your equipment warranty plus one year, then deleted on request any time. Email us at hello@copperductcomfort.com and we will remove your details.
